Working principle of steel profile through type shot blasting machine

The steel plate profile through shot blasting machine is a equipment used for surface cleaning and treatment of steel plates and profiles. It uses a conveyor belt system to clean steel plates and profiles through the inside of the equipment to remove surface oxidation, welding slag, rust and other impurities, and improve the surface roughness of the steel, thereby enhancing the coating adhesion.

The working principle is as follows:

Feed system: The steel plates and profiles to be cleaned are placed on the conveyor belt through the lifting device or the conveyor roller, and then transported to the feed system of the shot blasting machine.

Shot blasting chamber: After entering the chamber, the steel plates and profiles are positioned and begin to move on the conveyor belt. The cleaning room has a high-speed rotating shot blast and spray gun.

Shot blasting cleaning process: Start the shot blasting machine and project the shot blasting particles onto the surface of the steel plate and profile. Shot blasting particles have a certain impact force and can remove surface oxidation, welding slag, rust and other impurities. At the same time, the spray gun will release cleaning agents (such as water or solvents) to help clean the surface of the steel plate and profile.

Shot blast particle recovery and reuse: During the cleaning process, shot blast particles bounce off the steel surface after contact and are recovered by a recovery system. After screening and cleaning, the recovered shot blasting particles can be used again to realize the recycling of shot blasting particles.

Discharge system: The cleaned steel plate and profile leave the shot blasting machine from the conveyor belt, usually via a lifting device or conveyor roller.

Through the shot blasting machine adopts a transmission belt system, so that the steel plate and profiles can continue to pass through the shot blasting cleaning room, improving the cleaning efficiency and production capacity. The entire workflow can be automated, saving labor costs, while ensuring cleaning quality and consistency.
